Method of preparation

1-Prepare cauliflower for salad –
Before making salad, first chopped the cauliflower into small pieces. Then cleanly wash these pieces very well in the water, and take them out through a sieve. If you want to blanch cauliflower, then you can also blanch lightly in a steamer, but the cauliflower in raw, its have more nutrients present in. Some nutrients are destroyed by blanching
2-Mix the vegetables together –
In a large bowl, put chopped cauliflower, chopped carrots, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, chopped coriander leaves and onion. And then after mix well with a spoon/spatula.
